Today I got one of those school emails that says, “Hey, you need to update all the things.” Not my favorite activity, but I did it. And as I clicked through the forms, I realized how much has stayed the same and how much has grown. Same kid. Same love. New routines. New needs. New strengths. Sometimes when you are busy just getting through the days, you forget to notice how much you’ve actually been holding steady. So yeah, paperwork still isn’t fun.
